WELCOME TO ToGATHER
A Wellness CO-OP
To Gather is a 1,500 sq foot studio space in the historic Mill building on Pearl Street in Biddeford, ME. Exposed brick and beam, stylish design with a light and airy open concept. We do a variety of different things at ToGather to harness mind and body wellness and growth while fostering a sense of community including yoga, barre, breath and meditation classes, wellness events, talks, artist markets etc. This space can fit 15-20 ppl with yoga mats or 50 ppl with no mats for a talks, party, or social events. Come and gather with us!
STUDIO
LOUNGE
Every teacher pays rent to use the space and is responsible for the growth of their own individual brand and business.
Think—salon model.
PAYMENT
The student pays the teacher directly. Everything the teacher makes, they take home.
This is the farmers market model of yoga and mindfulness education.
SUSTAINABILITY
It stewards entrepreneurship, expression, art and individuality.
This is the only model in the yoga/wellness world that supports the teachers in a sustainable way.
We will offer a variety of classes including Yoga, Barre, Breathwork and Meditation. A weekly schedule will be posted online as well through each teacher through their social media platforms. We will also be looking to add classes to round out our offerings including dance, floor pilates and and other types of movement for the body and mind.
Wellness workshops will be offered to our community. Do you want to learn how to make your own kombucha? Ever wonder how to make the perfect charcuterie board? Interested in a jewelry making class or how what wines pair best with what? We'll help you broaden your horizons and deepen your knowledge by bringing experts in for specialty workshops.
ToGather can be used for teachers in town and need a space to hold class, book launches, educational seminars, photoshoots, baby showers etc. It’s an amazing flex space. Let us know what you are hosting and lets make it work!
WANT TO TEACH AT ToGather?
We love and are grateful for how much interest there is to teach at ToGather and the welcoming we have had from the community (where we grew up) here! We understand that with the Co-op model it seems like everyone should be able to teach in the space if they can pay their rent.
We are building a Tribe of individuals who truly believe in our vision and share the mission. Those who are thoughtful, have a dynamic approach to their teachings and their own individual perspective.
We believe in real relationships, trust and rapport. Come hang with us...take a class, stay after class for a tea and a chat, sign up for a workshop. Let's get to know each other and build something awesome together.
