with movement through the integration of body vinyasas, pulsation vinyasas, and connecting vinyasas, allowing you to reach a flow state in both mind and body. This full spectrum approach allows you to build stamina, flexibility, and creates new pathways of movement that enables you to dive deeper into postures without forcing. This class seeks to promote creativity through movement with the incorporation of music and is warmed to 70 degrees to help you flow in all ways.

By targeting stressed, knotted, sensitive areas throughout the body (known as trigger points), myofascial release helps to ease skeletal muscle tension and improve mobility and circulation. This fusion of flow & release is designed to help soften your stiff spaces, both physical and mental.

Our one-hour class together will begin with a slow centering of the mind and body then will progress to strength-building postures and flows...

We’ll incorporate light hand weights for low- load training to improve muscle endurance and tone. This fusion of movement is great for anyone who wants to invite a little extra intensity into their mindful yoga practice. There’s no twist with this one-hour Vinyasa-style yoga practice. We’ll move together through traditional yoga postures and flows from start to finish… AND you’ll be home in plenty of time for dinner.
